Igles Corelli, the familiar face of Gambero Rosso Channel, is considered a master of Italian cuisine, as evidenced by his five Michelin stars and the several awards he has received throughout his career in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy and beyond. The idea for this Special Edition stems precisely from the exchange of sensory ideas between the Chef and Baldo Baldinini, resulting in a special collaboration that pays homage to the Italian land.
The passion for flavors and essences, together with a keen sense of taste, made possible the creation of a unique Gin bearing the signature Igles Dry Gin, a collectible distillate that opens the door to a new level of tasting in the world of Gin.

SANDO, the contemporary Vermouth Chinato

Baldo Baldinini and Francesco Cioria together to rewrite the tradition of Vermouth as it once was.

Francesco Cioria has been sommelier and cellar manager of the historic San Domenico restaurant in Imola, simply “Sando” to his friends, for years.The inspiration he has cultivated together with Baldo Baldinini comes directly from a classic Piedmontese tradition that was once widespread: Vermouth Chinato. Compared to the classic vermouth, the presence of cinchona bark gives back a more bitter and sharp flavor.
The final result has been named SANDO
, a tribute to Cioria's contribution, and is a complex, original Vermouth Chinato, with an immediately full and enveloping sip, capable of transporting us with the mind to the table of an elegant Turin bar of the last century.
