Born out of a friendship, that of Baldo Baldinini and Francesco Cioria, sommelier and cellar manager of the renowned San Domenico restaurant in Imola; “Sando” to his friends. The idea was to reintroduce a classic of Piedmontese tradition that enjoyed great popularity in the past: Vermouth chinato. In fact, the presence of cinchona bark gives it a stronger character and a more bitter taste than regular vermouth. A tasting experience that is inspired by the digestives of yesteryear, but does so through a new identity in full DIBALDO style.
