Refund policy

Pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Directive 771/2019/EC and Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (hereinafter the “Consumer Code”), the Seller guarantees to the Consumer that the Products will be free from design and material defects and conform to the descriptions published on the Website for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products to the Consumer. The warranty shall not apply in case of use of the Product that does not conform to its intended purpose or to the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner, or contained in relevant documentation, tags, or labels. The Seller further guarantees that the Product possesses the quantity, quality, durability, functionality, compatibility and safety normally expected from goods of the same kind.


🛡️ Product Warranty

Our alcoholic beverages are covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date: we guarantee they are free from defects and conform to the product description on the website.

⚠️ When does the warranty not apply?

The warranty does not cover cases where the product is:
Used improperly or contrary to the instructions
Damaged intentionally or through negligence
Affected by natural conditions (e.g., heat, cold, humidity)

💡 What do we guarantee?

Beyond the absence of defects, the beverage will meet the expected quality, quantity, and safety standards.


To maintain the right to warranty, the Consumer must report any defects or non-conformities by emailing the Seller’s Customer Service at info@dibaldospirits.com, using the appropriate completed form [click here to download the return form for defective products], specifying the defect or non-conformity found, and attaching the documentation listed in the return form (including at least one photo of the Product and one of the sealed closure, the order confirmation and/or the sales receipt).
The right to claim hidden defects not intentionally concealed by the Seller shall in any case expire 26 months from delivery.

Upon receipt of the form and documentation, the Seller will evaluate the reported issues through its support team. After performing the necessary quality checks to confirm the alleged non-conformity, the Seller will decide whether to authorize the return, providing the Consumer with a Return Code via email to the address given during registration or order submission.
The authorization to return the Product does not constitute recognition of the defect; confirmation will only follow inspection.
Authorized returns must be shipped by the Consumer, along with the Return Authorization containing the “Return Code,” within 30 (thirty) days of the defect report to the following address: DIBALDO S.r.l., Via P. Tosi 302, 47822 Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN), Italy

Deadlines to remember:
You have 26 months from delivery to report hidden defects.

If your return is authorized, send the product within 30 days using the provided Return Code to:

⚠️ Important: Authorization does not mean the defect is confirmed. We will verify the item before final acceptance.


In the event of defects or non-conformities, the Consumer shall have the right to have the Product brought into conformity by the Seller through repair or replacement, or to receive alternative remedies where expressly provided by the Consumer Code.

If the Seller has undertaken to reimburse the Consumer for the amount paid, the refund shall be made, where possible, using the same method of payment employed by the Consumer at the time of purchase of the Product, or by bank transfer. It shall be the Consumer’s responsibility to provide the Seller, by email to info@dibaldospirits.com, with the bank account details necessary to carry out the transfer and enable the Seller to proceed with the refund.
