Everything starts from a glass of wine. Analysed, processed, studied in every single detail. Then it comes the Essenza. Everything in between is the personal magic only Baldo knows, in an aromatic taste designing experience. Essenze, not just spirits, because the ambition is maximum.

PHILOSOPHY

A 30 years long travel, developed side by side with the dream.

Dreaming and reaching the Essenza, saw as a spiritual elevation, peace and balance. Melting tradition and innovation, approaching old compendia from the ‘700 with modern processing techniques, chasing an intimate and unique Aperitivo, extremely personal, inspired by perfumery and ready to be worn on the palate..

OLFATTORIO

The sounding board where everything starts.

Archive, laboratory, caveau. The Olfattorio, collector for Baldo’s whole research, may assume different names but has only one purpose: amplify every scent. An intimate, private place, where a strict and inflexible ecosystem applies, made up of memories and experiences, the only place where it’s possible to design perfume to wear on the palate.

Curiosity, devotion and a little drop of madness.

An alchemist, a liqueurist, a perfumer, a nose, a taste designer, a taste architect. Those are all different expression able to design Baldo’s approach to the Essenze: an art and a vocation.
