Shipping policy

The price of the Products is the one displayed on the Website at the time the order is submitted by the Consumer. Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (where applicable), and any indirect taxes (where applicable), but do not include shipping costs, which are calculated before the order confirmation is sent by the Seller to the Consumer and must be paid by the Consumer in addition to the price shown on the Website.

When does the warranty not apply? ⚠️🚫

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

❌ Improper use or failure to follow the instructions
❌ Intentional damage or negligence
❌ Natural events (heat, cold, humidity, etc.)

The Consumer shall pay the Seller the total price, as stated in the order and in the order confirmation email sent by the Seller to the Consumer.

If the Products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price shown in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation — inclusive of indirect taxes (where applicable) — is exclusive of any customs duties or other sales taxes. The Consumer hereby agrees to pay such duties or taxes, if due, in addition to the indicated price, as required by the laws of the country where the Products are to be delivered.

The Consumer is encouraged to consult the relevant authorities in their country of residence or product destination to obtain information regarding any applicable duties or taxes.

Any additional costs, charges, taxes, and/or duties that a country may apply for any reason to the Products ordered under these Terms shall be borne exclusively by the Consumer.

If your country applies taxes, duties, or other fees on your order, these will be your responsibility.

Shipping costs amount to €9.00 for deliveries within Italy.

The Consumer declares that lack of knowledge of the costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or levies mentioned in the previous paragraphs at the time of placing the order shall not constitute grounds for terminating the contract, nor shall such costs be charged to the Seller in any way.

The Seller shall process the order by entrusting the Products to a trusted courier or shipping company (hereinafter the “Carrier”) for delivery to the address provided by the Consumer and summarized in the order confirmation.
