ORDERS & SHIPPING

PRODUCT INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract apply to all orders and shipments between Baldinini Srl (hereinafter: the "Seller") and its customers through the website www.dibaldospirits.com.

For each product, we provide images and descriptions containing all relevant details.

ORDER PROCESSING

DIBALDO reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment processor does not obtain approval from the customer's bank. Once an order containing available items is placed, the order and any information provided cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

www.dibaldospirits.com reserves the right to delay any shipment if it is unable to process orders due to reasonable circumstances beyond its control. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotions, order processing delays may occur.

www.dibaldospirits.com reserves the right to refuse to process orders and/or provide services at any time.

PROMO CODES

Customers receiving a PROMO CODE via newsletter, social media, or an authorized website can enter it in their personal area during checkout.

Each PROMO CODE has a specific validity period that cannot be extended and can be used only once.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING METHODS

Packages are usually shipped within one day after payment is received, except on holidays and weekends. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day (unless otherwise communicated, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email from the courier (TNT, DHL, or SDA) with tracking details.

Shipments are handled by express couriers, and all shipments are trackable. Once an order has been shipped, the buyer must contact the courier directly for any delays or service issues.

It is strongly recommended to always sign upon delivery with a reservation to protect against receiving damaged goods. The courier will not be liable for damaged items if the recipient does not sign with a reservation or if the shipment is not insured.

If any goods are damaged during transit, the customer must notify Customer Service immediately. This allows DIBALDO to file a claim with the courier or utilize damage insurance. Failure to notify does not affect the customer's legal warranty rights.

Orders will be fulfilled within stock availability. If not all products are available, the Seller may partially ship the order at no extra cost if deemed acceptable to the customer. If, due to supply issues beyond the Seller's control, the ordered product cannot be shipped, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, the Seller will immediately notify the customer and propose a similar product. If no replacement product is available or if the customer declines the alternative, a full refund will be issued for all amounts paid.

Shipments within the European Union are free from customs duties. For non-EU countries (including Switzerland), any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain the property of the Seller until payment is received. Without the Seller’s authorization, the customer may not pledge, transfer as collateral, alter, or manipulate the goods before ownership is transferred.

Transactions made via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay will be charged only when the order is processed.

During seasonal sales and promotions, order processing delays may occur.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for each geographic area are listed below.

Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses to accept the package, the return shipping costs and customs duties incurred from the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.

SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY – €9

Please note that any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, who must pay these amounts directly to the courier, following the courier’s instructions.

FAILED DELIVERY

By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial agreement with www.dibaldospirits.com and agrees to accept delivery of the package associated with the placed order.

If the package cannot be delivered to the provided address due to customer negligence (incorrect phone number, incomplete or incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient) or if the customer refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned to www.dibaldospirits.com in Italy at the customer’s expense.

The expenses will include shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, and the total amount will be deducted from the order refund.
