The soft, citrusy, aromatic, and warm notes of Un Bitter are balanced by the intensity of vodka in a blend accompanied by tonic and orange zest.

Ingredients

• 3,5 cl Un Bitter
• 3,5 cl of vodka
• 20 cl of tonic water
• Lots of ice

GARNISH

• Orange peel

Execution

From the glass filled with ice, combine Un Bitter and vodka and stir until the aromatic notes are bound. Then finish the cocktail by adding the tonic and orange peel.
