Alchemic Cooler

A bitter cocktail in which the slow dilution of ice leads the spirit to gradually open its notes within the glass, marking the evolution between the first tasting and the last, when the ice is no longer present.

Ingredients

• 4 cl Un Bitter or BBB
• A small bottle of non-alcoholic soda such as Seltzer, Tonic or Crodino
• Lots of ice

• Organic citrus peel

Execution

The construction of the cocktail takes place directly in the glass, previously chilled and filled with ice. Next, we pour in the spirit and complete with the bottle of non-alcoholic soda, to be finished with the untreated organic citrus peel.

The bitterness of the bitter is supported by the accompanying carbon dioxide, allowing it to insert its own aromatic notes into the textures of the cocktail.
