Oyster Martini

Ag 107,86 Dry Gin brings with it the sensations of the Mediterranean maquis, offering an herbaceous and balsamic aromatic range. It is a gin that pairs perfectly with bold and refined flavors, such as those of oysters, creating an aromatic combination that beautifully contrasts the maritime essence of oysters with the sharp, pungent profile of Ag 107,86.

Ingredients

• 5 cl Ag 107,86 Dry Gin
• 1 cl of Clementino Dry Vermouth from Tenuta Saiano
• Pure oyster liquid from Gillardeau Oysters

GARNISH

• 1 tuft of fresh santolina

Execution

Jonathan Di Vincenzo has come up with a special Martini made by mixing in a chilled mixing glass 5 cl of Ag 107,86, 1 cl of Clementino Dry Vermouth from Tenuta Saiano and a few drops of pure oyster liquid obtained by a Gillardeau Oyster, straining it all with a strainer over a chunk of ice. The cocktail is then garnished with a tuft of fresh santolina.
