A signature cocktail by Tommaso Cecca, fusing the Middle Eastern aromatic notes of BBB with the smoky aroma of Joven mezcal, in a cocktail that shifts the palate to sunny oceanic shores.

Ingredients

• 3 cl BBB
• 5 cl oz Joven mezcal
• 1,5 cl of fresh lemon juice
• Lots of ice

GARNISH

• Bergamot zest
• Icing sugar

Execution

From the glass filled with ice, pour and stir together BBB and Joven with lemon juice until the components have completely bonded together.

When finished, top the glass with crushed ice, on top of which rest the bergamot zest and garnish with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
