Botanical Garden

A long drink that takes us to oriental botanical gardens, with bold and distinctive flavors capable of perfectly gripping the plot of Gin Nostradamus. Botanical Garden was proposed at Identità Golose 2022 as a cocktail pairing to Federico Sisti's dishes.

Ingredients

• 4 cl Nostradamus Gin
• 3,5 cl homemade apple and ginger Cordial
• 8 cl of rosemary, thyme and cinchona bark aromatic soda

GARNISH

• 1 leaf of Ginkgo Biloba

Execution

The floral aromatic profile of Nostradamus opens up in this cocktail designed by Salvatore Castiglione, made of oriental scents that play on the DIBALDO gin accords. Made in Stir & Strain technique, then assembling the cocktail directly in the chilled mixing glass: this is where we combine the 4 cl of Nostradamus with the homemade Cordial. Once mixed, we serve in a glass with ice, complete with the rosemary, thyme, and cinchona bark soda, and then finish the garnish with a Ginkgo Biloba leaf.
